History

Rivertown finance was founded in 2005 and has since grown into one of the largest professional bookkeeping & reporting firms in the area. Roxanne Dudicz, CPA remains sole owner. Our office & hub is located in Grand Rapids but we employ team members and service clients across the country. The firm continues to be women owned and women run.

We are structured like a public accounting firm, with two staff assigned to each client, but we don’t experience the intense travel of audits or the intense filing season of taxes. This offers consistency to our clients and removes our client’s stress of hiring, managing & covering time off. Our biggest team benefit is flexibility. Our biggest client benefits are depth of expertise, reasonable pricing & caring relationships.

Our culture is also very important to us. We have an amazingly supportive, collaborative & caring team. We not only help each other, we become integral partners with our clients.
